intergalactic, planetary, planetary, intergalactic...

Soooo…I still can't get my head around 3D printing, it both fascinates and spooks in equal measures! Those who know me are aware that anything space age sends my tiny pea head into a spin. BUT, looking at the amazing, creative pieces here at Studio Batch…I can't help feeling in awe! It was their clean geometric lampshades that first caught my eye, which then flicked to their bangles, rings and mini paper cranes. Just stunning. Their site is worth a squiz…especially if you are curious as to how on earth they do this!

love to lovehate

Looking at these super cute icy pole enamel earings by LoveHate made me think...boo I don't want summer to end! We've had such amazing weather here in Sydney recently despite the Autumn chill approaching! Geometrical shapes are totes the rage right now and boy do LoveHate do them well!

fuzzy

Is it a bird...is it a plane...no it's 3D printed jewellery!! What I hear you cry! The clever clogs at Smug use 3D modeling software and rapid prototyping to create these unique pieces. Fundamentally about simplicity and clean geometry, Smug's jewellery is 'printed' using hand-dyed nylon. Layer upon layer gradually build up to form these super light, tactile pieces. Très intéressant we say!

ruby & sage

Resin jewellery at it's best. I love the soft, waxy, matt, handcrafted finish Megan's pieces have. They feel so organic and natural. Mixing resin, pigments and found objects like feathers, buttons and leaves make Megan's pieces truly unique. She even caters for kiddies wrists too! Check her out at rubyandsage.com.au
